UCSC campus Student Housing and Phase C Telecom Infrastructure Upgrades

The project provides upgrades to avoid immediate failures of communications systems that have exceeded life expectancy and to eliminate single points of failure of communications systems on the main campus.  This is the third phase of a multi-phased plan that prioritizes work per new or expanded Area Distribution Facility (ADF). The ADF locations include Digital Arts Research Center, Crown College Commons, and the Stevenson College Dining Commons buildings.

 

 

 

 

 

Dientes/Santa Cruz Community Health

Includes two new ground-up healthcare facilities;  5,795 SF for Dientes Community Dental and 20,359 SF for Santa Cruz Community Health, including associated sitework and parking.  Project challenges include coordination with Midpen Housing for a future phase of (64) low income housing units on site, diesel generator emergency power and solar photovoltaic systems.  Groundbreaking ceremony occurred 5/22/21.

Driscoll’s Building F Lab Expansion
